• Hospital or Agency-Paid Housing: Your employer arranges and pays for the unit directly.

• Housing Stipend: You receive a housing allowance and choose your own place — we help you find and book housing that fits your stipend.

• Self-Paid: You can pay directly if your contract doesn’t include housing, and we provide documentation for reimbursement if needed.

4. Are the units fully furnished?

Yes! Every home includes modern furniture, kitchenware, linens, and essential amenities — everything you need to feel at home. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and maintenance are also included.
